Production of gaskets

For the production of into- or onto-extruded gaskets made of soft PVC, TPE or other extrudable elastomer we recommend one of our proved co-extruder. Furthermore the co-extruder is used for processing hard-PVC to a grooved locking. We offer you 2 different types:

• GCE type F: directly mounted on the calibration table and offers an ideal space-saving possibility to produce gaskets
• GCE type T: mounted on a chassis

The control is over a control terminal via touch screen. Malfunctions and alarm messages are indicated via text. In addition the control offers a general overview of the current production status and a retracement of the last 40 production minutes of the set- and the actual value. You can memorise tooling specific settings to speed up the next start-up of the equal tooling.
